By making a reservation at Golflounge Amsterdam, you agree to the following cancellation policy.

Standard Reservations

  • Up to 48 hours in advance: free cancellation.

  • Up to 24 hours in advance: free rescheduling.

  • Up to 24 hours in advance: changes to the number of guests are allowed.

  • Within 24 hours of the reservation: cancellations or rescheduling will be charged 100% of the reservation cost.

  • No-show: if you fail to appear without written notice, 100% of the reservation cost will be charged.

Groups of 18 People or More

  • Up to 7 days in advance: free cancellation, rescheduling, or changes to the number of guests.

  • Up to 48 hours in advance: changes to the number of guests are allowed.

  • Within 7 days of the reservation: cancellations or rescheduling will be charged 100% of the reservation cost.

  • No-show: if you fail to appear without written notice, 100% of the reservation cost will be charged.

By booking a course or lesson with Golflounge Academy, you agree to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation and Change Policy – Lessons

  • Up to 24 hours before the start of the lesson: free cancellation or rescheduling
  • Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours before the start of the lesson: 100% of the lesson fee will be charged
